Above The Crowds Travel is a privately owned business operating under the principle that each and every client should be given personalized treatment. We pride ourselves on matching the trip to the person according to the needs and interests of everyone involved, rather than recommending “cookie cutter” plans for trips.

Above the Crowds is a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), the world’s largest cruise association which is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry. CLIA is composed of 24 of the major cruise lines serving North America.

Linda Murfin, CTC, is owner and manager of Above The Crowds Travel and been a travel agent for over 37 years and has traveled extensively, including travel to many of the places YOU want to go! Through the many changes in the travel field over the years, Linda has found her niche in the customized personal service she provides to her customers. Constantly striving to add to her knowledge of travel to different parts of the world, owner/manager Linda Murfin has completed many specialization courses, including Disney Destinations, South Africa, Costa Rica, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Apple Vacations, Golf Travel, Puerto Rico, Wynn Las Vegas and China, to name a few. She even has a Master’s degree from the College of Disney Knowledge and loves planning family trips to both Disney World and Disneyland. From cruises to Hawaii to escorted tours or exploring Europe on your own – we’ll help you make personalized plans for a perfect trip.

We specialize in group and family vacations customized to your needs. We especially love planning Honeymoons and look at them as the launching pad for a wonderful marriage.

In addition to holding the Specialty Destination certificates we have cruised on 15 different cruise lines to such places as the eastern and western Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Hawaii, Mexico and the canals of France. We also know a thing or two about touring wineries around the world and can help you get appointments at the places you didn’t think were accessible to you!
